Toyin Lawani flaunts toned abs

Toyin gave birth to her second child in January 2014 and she already has abs to flaunt. She shared the pic on the right on her instagram page yesterday and said it was thanks to her work out plan, home made remedies from her beauty spa and her waist trainer which she wears at least 6 hours a day after and during workouts.

Davido had his London concert yesterday at the Troxy in East London in a bid to kick off his UK album launch along with the rest of the HKN gang. The event was hosted by comedian Eddie Kadi and featured DJ Starzy, DJ AfroB, Shina Rambo, B –Red as well as a surprise performance from Runtown . Davido came out after and performed hit after hit as the crowd went wild. See the photos below.
