Abiodun Ismail , or ‘Spice-B’ as he is famously called is an
exceptionally talented and highly promising young rapper,singer and song
writer. Born on 22nd of june in the early 90s in kabala,kaduna state,
Nigeria,he is an indigene of offa LGA,Kwara state Spice-B was raised in
Ilorin,then later moved to Lagos, Nigeria
Although he discovered his singing and song writing abilities at a tender age, he ruled out a career as a musician as he felt his shy personality would be better suited elsewhere rather being in the spotlight that comes with being a top artiste. More importantly, he did not think his parents, who placed a premium on higher education, would approve of a career in music.
In the year 2007, upon graduating from high school in Nigeria, Spice B moved to FEDPOFFA, kwara State to pursue a National Diploma in computer engineering. During his spare time, he found himself either listening to, or writing and singing songs. In 2011,Spice-B, who had previously ruled out a career in music, had a change of heart as friends and some family members recognized his immense talent and constantly urged him to try and develop it. It was then he started to reach out to several music producers to help transform his raw abilities and artistic ideas into top quality songs.
Spice-B describes his genre of music as African popular music, better known as Afro-beat, which is a fusion of African traditional music,Rap, Hip-pop and R&B,.Spice-B graduated with ND in computer engineering in september 2012, and subsequently signed a recording deal with flexzee Entertainment. With his new singles billed to drop anytime soon, all evidence to date suggest that this young crooner, blessed with an outstanding voice, and an uncanny ability to effortlessly deliver catchy and meaningful lyrics, has a bright future ahead of him. It is only a matter of time before the world realizes what an exciting talent he is.The Spice of Life.
