PHOTOS: Justin Beiber Shows Off His 21st Tattoo

The new tattoo on the inside of the 19-year-old's right forearm is his 21st showing what looks like a jester's face.
The image is drawn in black and is placed under his seventh tattoo, a tiny Japanese kanji symbol for music, which he had done in July 2012.
