Blessing Okagbare wins silver medal at IAAF World Championship

Nigerian athlete Blessing Okagbare has won Nigeria's first medal at the ongoing IAAF World Championships in Moscow, Russia. Blessing won the silver medal in the long jump event final yesterday Sunday August 11th after jumping an impressive 6.99m.

The last time Nigeria won a medal at the Athletic World Championship was in 1999. Blessing we salute you!
